Single power words (Accept, Worthy, Sovereign, Safe, etc.) recorded softly and placed low in the mix, one every 4.5 seconds. Every word used in every track is printed in the included scripts document. Nothing hidden.
When should I listen?
Any time you can sit or lie undisturbed. Theta tracks (most of them) work well in the evening. Alpha tracks (Power, Relate) can be used earlier. Never listen while driving or operating machinery.
Is this therapy?
