Thank you for shopping with SoulEnergy144. We take great care in creating every digital product we offer, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Digital Products β€” All Sales Final

All products sold through soulenergy144.com are digital downloads, including ebooks, guides, bundles, and other downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been made available, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product and that refunds are not available once the product has been delivered.

Exceptions

We want every customer to have a positive experience. In rare cases, we may consider a refund or store credit at our sole discretion if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
  • You received a corrupted or unreadable file that we are unable to resolve.
  • You did not receive your download link and we are unable to deliver the product after troubleshooting.

If any of these situations apply to you, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Subscription Products

For subscription-based products such as the 144 Portal, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription content until the end of your current billing cycle.

Discount Codes & Promotional Pricing

Products purchased using a discount code or during a promotional sale are final and not eligible for refund, price adjustment, or exchange under any circumstances.

Having Trouble With Your Download?

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing or downloading your product, please reach out to us before requesting a refund. Most download issues can be resolved quickly. Check your email (including your spam or promotions folder) for your order confirmation and download link. If you still need help, we are here for you.

Personalized Reports — Refund Window

Personalized reports (such as The Confidential Analysis Report and any future personalized audit products) are subject to a different refund policy than our standard digital downloads, due to the bespoke labor involved in generating each report.

  • Before delivery: If you have paid for a personalized report but the report has not yet been delivered (i.e., you have not yet received the final PDF in your inbox), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email info@soulenergy144.com with your order number to initiate.
  • After delivery: Once the personalized report has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the report is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, due to the personalized nature of the work and the time invested in its preparation.
  • Quality concerns: If you receive your report and believe there is a substantive error or that the report does not match the inputs you provided, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review and re-issue the report at no charge. We do not offer refunds for stylistic preferences or disagreement with educational/informational content.
  • Failure to deliver: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your personalized report within our stated SLA window (1 hour normally, up to 24 hours during high-volume periods), and we are unable to remedy the situation within 72 hours of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

This policy applies in addition to the general “Digital Products β€” All Sales Final” rule above and is not modified by it. By purchasing a personalized report, you acknowledge and agree to this refund window.
