Session 3: Sleep Preparation — 10 minutes. Guided relaxation for falling asleep. Opens with a worry download, then uses 4-7-8 breathing and a warmth visualization that flows from feet to head. Ends in silence — designed to carry you into sleep.
Session 4: Emotional Release — 12 minutes. For processing accumulated stress and emotion. Somatic check-in, self-compassion touch, and permission-based emotional processing. This session may bring up feelings — that’s the point.
Session 5: Morning Energy Activation — 7 minutes. Energizing breathwork to start the day. Clearing breaths, bellows breathing, and intention setting. Done sitting up near natural light. Ends with a full-body stretch and activation cue.
Tips for Recording These Sessions
Use your phone’s voice memo app. Record in a quiet room. Speak at half your normal speed. Leave long pauses where indicated — silence is part of the medicine. Your own voice is more calming to you than a stranger’s. Optional: add soft background music or nature sounds using free apps like Audacity.
